Everyone we came in contact with was top notch. My daughter was not even a patient of Dr. Wheelock but had an emergency situation and they saw her promptly and gave her excellent treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Wheelock and his staff. The office is very kid/parent friendly and provides excellent service. One of my children received treatment about 4 years ago and another child is currently receiving treatment at this office. Orthodontia needs were quite different for the two. From our first visit to present, every step of the process with Dr. Wheelock's business is a fined tuned, high tech, professional and pleasant experience. They have thought of everything! A child/teen amazing experience, very comfortable place for treatment. All the technicians are exceptional, happy to be working at Wheelock, very professional and nice. They even sing! Dr. Wheelock has been extremely thorough in taking my two children through the process and very responsive when needed. The level of technology throughout the business is something I don't think Roanoke is used to - I personally am proud of Roanoke for having such an impressive Orthodontist and wouldn't think of recommending anyone but Wheelock to friends and family. "If you are looking for an Orthodontist, Dr. Wheelock and his wonderful staff will not disappoint you. My son is 10 yrs old and has been seeing Dr. Wheelock for a couple years.
